Are there any other costs involved?

No. You only need to pay for the web hosting plan, and you can claim a free domain name transfer. This deal also includes a free SSL certificate to secure your website.

How long does a domain transfer take?

This depends on how quickly your current domain registrar responds to our requests. Given all the variables involved, the best estimate to complete the process is roughly 5-7 days, give or take, more or less, and more often than not.

What if I don't remember where I registered my domain?

Don't worry; there are a few ways to figure out which registrar you used for your domain name. First, try searching your email archives for any billing records related to the registration or transfer of your domain name. The registrar should be listed on your invoice. Alternatively, you can look up your domain name using a whois search tool.

The "Registrar" field shows you who your registrar is.
