You can either choose to offer Email, FTP services. Below is an explanation of each of these options:

cPanel domain owners can assign three types of services for their associated user Subaccounts.

Email

This feature activates the Subaccount’s Email address. You can access this private Email by navigating to https://yourdomain.com/webmail.

The only feature you can modify from this interface is the Email Quota. This can either be Unrestricted or fixed to a certain amount (up to 4096 TB).

FTP

The File Transfer Protocol, or FTP, associated with each subaccount allows users to connect to the server using a client like FileZilla or CyberDuck to upload, edit, and delete files on the webserver. In order for this service to be available for activation, your web host must have the service running on the server.

The two features available are Quota and Home Directory. The quota determines the amount of disk space the subaccount user may use. This can either be set to a fixed amount or unrestricted.

The Home directory is the direct path to the subaccount’s home directory. It is set by default public_html/username.

6. Click on Create or Create and Add Another User and you’re done.

Edit Subaccount

From the main User Manager page, you can edit each added subaccount user.
