You can cancel a hosting service if you’re the account owner.<\/p>\n

A cancellation request must be submitted via the client area only. Once we receive your cancellation request, our Billing department will confirm your request and process your cancellation shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n \t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tBefore submitting your cancellation request, make sure that you have reviewed and accepted the money back guarantee and refund policies<\/a>,\u00a0 a backup of all relevant data was obtained.
