Our Client Area allows you to have multiple cards associated with your account. You can choose any of your available payment methods during checkout both for new orders and payment of invoices. Each payment method can also have a different billing address associated with it if required.<\/p>\n

In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a new card and how to update an existing one.<\/p>\n

How Do I Add a New Credit Card?<\/h3>\n

You can easily add a new credit card on file by following the steps below:<\/p>\n

1)<\/strong> Log into Client Area<\/a><\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Once you are logged in, click on the account name in the top header (right-hand side) then click on Payment Methods<\/strong> in the sub-menu. As in the screenshot below:<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> If there’s a card on file, you’ll see the information for it. In order to add a new card, click on the Add New Credit<\/strong> Card button.<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong> In the next window, you will be able to enter your new credit card information. Once you’ve filled in with the necessary information, scroll down the page and click on the Save Changes <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n

Each credit card can have a different billing address associated with it if required.<\/p>\n

How Do I Edit My Credit Card Details?<\/h3>\n

You can easily edit the credit card information you have on file by following the steps below:<\/p>\n

1)<\/strong> Log into Client Area<\/a><\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Once you are logged in, click on the account name in the top header (right-hand side) then click on Payment Methods<\/strong> in the sub-menu. As in the screenshot below:<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> If there’s a card on file, you’ll see the information for it. To edit the card on file, you will have click on the edit button associated with it.<\/p>\n

For any existing credit card, you can edit certain fields and values. This includes the Expiry Date and Card Description.<\/p>\n

Also, each credit card can have a different billing address associated with it if required.<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong> Once you’ve made the necessary changes, scroll down the page and click on the Save Changes\u00a0<\/em>button.<\/p>\n

How Do I Delete My Credit Card Details?<\/h3>\n

You can easily delete the credit card information you have on file by following the steps below:<\/p>\n

1)<\/strong> Log into Client Area<\/a><\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Once you are logged in, click on the account name in the top header (right-hand side) then click on Payment Methods<\/strong> in the sub-menu.<\/p>\n

In the next window, you will see an overview of your payment methods on file.<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> If there’s a card on file, you’ll see the information for it. To delete the card on file, you will have click on the Delete<\/strong> button associated with it.<\/p>\n
