This can be done in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lab.chemicloud.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">client area.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> Once you are logged in, click on the account name in the top header (right-hand side) then click on <strong><em>Contacts <\/em><\/strong>in the sub-menu. They can open tickets themselves via email and will only receive emails when an admin replies to a ticket they opened.<\/li>\n<li>The main client will receive copies of all support tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"managing-contacts\">Managing Contacts<\/h3>\n<p>You can view a contact\u2019s details by selecting them from the\u00a0<strong>Contacts<\/strong>\u00a0menu.<\/p>\n<p>To update the contact\u2019s details or change their email notification settings, make the desired changes and click\u00a0<strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"deleting-a-contact\">Deleting a Contact<\/h3>\n<p>To delete a contact, click\u00a0<strong>Delete<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom of the page and then confirm the deletion. The system will remove the contact immediately.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s all!
