In this tutorial, we will explore the most common ways to log in to WHM and<\/strong>\u00a0troubleshoot information<\/strong> if you experience errors.<\/p>\n \t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tPlease note <\/strong>that WHM<\/strong> access is only available\u00a0for our Reseller <\/a><\/strong>and Cloud VPS<\/a> <\/strong>plans. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

How to login to WHM from your Client Area<\/h3>\n

This option will allow you to access your WHM directly from your client area (Client Area) without using a username and password.<\/p>\n

To access your WHM account from your Client Area, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Go to chemicloud.com\/login<\/a> and log in to your account.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> While you are in your Client Area Dashboard, click on the WHM<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>button located on the right side, and you’ll automatically be logged in without needing a username and password.<\/p>\n

That’s it! This action will log you into WHM automatically.<\/p>\n

How to login to WHM using your Domain Name<\/h3>\n

This option will allow you to access WHM directly from your web browser, and by using a username and password.<\/p>\n

If you are an existing ChemiCloud customer and have your domain DNS pointing to our servers<\/a>, you can access the cPanel via your domain name.<\/p>\n \t\t

\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tMake sure to replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

1.<\/strong> Navigate to the following location in your browser: http:\/\/yourdomain.com\/whm<\/p>\n

Your login screen should look like this:<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Enter your main cPanel<\/strong> username in the Username<\/strong> text box. Then enter your password in the Password text box.<\/p>\n \t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tYou can find your cPanel\/WHM username and password in the “Account Setup Information” email which was sent to you once you’ve signed up with us. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

3.<\/strong> Click Log in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How to login to WHM using your Server’s IP address<\/h3>\n

If you do not yet have your domain DNS pointing to our servers, you can still access WHM \u00a0using the IP address that was provided in your welcome email.<\/p>\n

    In the event that you are unable to locate your server IP, and do not have access to the welcome letter that was sent to you upon signup.<\/p>\n

    If you are still unable to locate your IP address, please contact our chat team and they will happily provide you with that information.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

    Once you’ve navigated to the cPanel page, you should able to log in!<\/p>\n

    Troubleshooting WHM access issues<\/h3>\n

    • Your login user or password doesn\u2019t work.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Solution: contact our Support team to reset your cPanel account password.<\/p>\n

        \n
      • I get a 404 error or blank page when I type: http:\/\/www.mydomain.com\/whm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        This may happen if you just changed your DNS Name Servers, wait a few hours until your domain fully propagates across the world.<\/p>\n

        You can also try to login using the server IP, as you see below:<\/p>\n

        http:\/\/YOUR.SERVER.IP\/whm<\/p>\n

        • The Login Page Fails to Load<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          There are two possible causes for this:<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Your local office or network administrator may be blocking port 2086 or 2087: You will need to troubleshoot your network connection to allow the use of this port, or point your domain to our server and connect using http:\/\/whm.yourdomain.com, which works over port 80.<\/li>\n
