Name servers help link your domain name to its IP address and your hosting plan with us.<\/p>\n

What Are the ChemiCloud Nameservers?<\/h3>\n

The ChemiCloud<\/strong>\u00a0Nameservers<\/strong> cam be easily located within your lab by following the steps below:<\/p>\n

1) Once you are logged into your Client Area<\/a>\u00a0locate the Active services area.<\/p>\n

2) Under the Actions<\/strong> menu of the active service, click on the Server information<\/strong> icon, as in the screenshot below:<\/p>\n

You will find the nameservers for directing your domains. These nameservers are compatible with our Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting services.<\/p>\n

If you’re using our Reseller Hosting or Cloud VPS, you have two choices for nameservers:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Set up your own custom nameservers<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Use the generic nameservers we provided when your account was set up. Check your welcome email for these nameservers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n \t\t

    What Is My Server\u2019s IP Address?<\/h3>\n

    If you want to keep using your current name servers (external ones) but direct your domain to our server, you should change the A record of your domain to point to our server’s IP address.<\/p>\n

    You can find your server’s IP address in the email we sent you with your hosting account setup details, under ‘Account IP’.<\/p>\n

    Alternatively, you can quickly find your server’s IP address by logging into cPanel<\/a>, then look under General Information<\/em> on the right-hand side for ‘Shared IP address’.<\/p>\n
