We assume that you&#8217;ve already logged into phpMyAdmin, if you are not logged in just follow the steps <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicloud.com\/kb\/article\/how-to-use-phpmyadmin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in\u00a0<\/a><\/span>this tutorial<span style=\"color: #494949; font-family: montserrat,sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">\u00a0to\u00a0login.\u00a0<\/span>We&#8217;ll assume that you have a new database and you wish to import a backup of an old database stored on your computer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> First, select the empty database:<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> Click on the<strong> &#8220;Import&#8221;<\/strong> tab and choose the database backup stored on your computer by clicking on the &#8220;Choose File&#8221; button.<\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--alert   hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tPlease note that the maximum database <strong>upload limit<\/strong> in phpMyAdmin on our servers is set by default to <strong>150 MB<\/strong>.
