This article is designed to guide you through the process of generating and downloading backups within JetBackup 5. These step-by-step instructions will help you retrieve and download a backup file of your data:<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Log in to your cPanel. There are many ways to do this, but the sure-fire easiest way is to log in to your\u00a0Client Area<\/a>, then open your cPanel.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Once you\u2019ve logged in, scroll down through your cPanel and find the Files section, then open JetBackup 5.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Once Jetbackup 5 interface opens, search for the\u00a0Restore & Download<\/em>\u00a0option and click\u00a0Full Backups<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0You will be presented with a list of Items To Download. To download everything part of a cPanel Account, leave all these selected, then click\u00a0Download Selected Items<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong>\u00a0The selected account will be queued for download. You will see a success notification in the top right corner.<\/p>\n

If the download has started, why aren’t files downloading to my computer?<\/span>This is a great question! At ChemiCloud, we keep our backups off-site, and the system that houses the files has to make them available to you for download. This retrieval process typically takes a few minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Step 7:\u00a0<\/strong>Click the Downloads button on the left menu to access your downloads.<\/p>\n

After clicking Downloads, a page will open with your downloads available.<\/p>\n
