Servers relocation (Bucharest)

This is just a reminder to let you know that on the night of August 29th to August 30th we will relocate our servers on Bucharest location to another data center in Bucharest. We are making this move to improve the performance of the services offered to our customers.

The hosting services that are on the Bucharest server location will suffer a period of downtime during the following relocation window:

Start: Wednesday, Aug 30, 2017, 00:30 UTC+2
End: Wednesday, Aug 30, 2017, 05:30 UTC+2

What will we improve with this relocation?

- Better connected network

- DDOS protection up to 100Gbs

- IPv6 network

- Switching to our own AS number

- Our direct contact with the non-stop technician team in the data center

- Growth space for new servers and services

The relocation involves shutting down servers, dismantling, loading, transporting them and mounting into new racks. In order to mount the servers as quickly as possible, new data cables, power cables, and new server rails are already positioned in the new racks.

Our data center partner will handle the entire move and no action is required on your part!

We've allocated 5 hours for this relocation, but if everything goes according to plan, the relocation should be completed under 5 hours.

Intermittent Network Issues (s1-bucharest)

Intermittent Network Issues

Our engineers detected an intermittent network issue affecting s1-nyc and we're working with our data center to resolve it. We're really sorry for this situation and for all inconveniences caused - more updates to follow.

AutoSSL Service Disruption

We are currently facing issues with the AutoSSL service on all our servers. This is happening because our systems are communicating with Let's Encrypt servers and they just reported some problems with the OCSP responders. During this period, none of our customer's services are affected, the only problem is that any account that will be created from now on, will not obtain an SSL certificate automatically and customers must wait until Let's Encrypt will resolve this issue. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will continue to keep this thread updated.
