Registrar Lock is a safety feature that helps you prevent unauthorized domain transfers. By default, this feature is enabled for all your domains registered with us.

If you wish to transfer your domain from ChemiCloud to another registrar, please follow the steps below on how to disable the Registrar-Lock on your domain.

This must be done before placing a transfer request with a new registrar.

  3. Click the Registrar Lock link in the ‘Manage’ section
  4. Then you can change the registrar lock status to OFF
