In order to validate you as the account holder, we may ask you about your account’s security question or the Support PIN.
What is a Support PIN?
The Support PIN is a simple and secure way for you to authenticate as an account owner to our Support Team. It helps you and our Support Team by ensuring that only authorized people can share and obtain important information about your site or account. We’ll request the Support PIN whenever our team needs to verify your identity and account access.
The Support PIN is unique to each account. It is a case-sensitive six-digit (6) numeric code that can be generated directly from Client Area.
As a customer, you should protect your Support PIN and avoid disclosing it to anyone you don’t trust if you do not wish to provide access to sensitive data.
How To Get Your Support PIN
Getting your Support PIN is easy!
1) The first step is to log into your Client Area. After the page opens, proceed by logging in.
2) After you have logged in, look for the padlock icon in the upper right corner.

3) To get your Support PIN, click the padlock. This action will reveal your account’s support PIN.
