How to Modify Email Account Storage (Quota) in cPanel

When your Email account users will inevitably start growing, storage can quickly become a problem. In order to prevent unnecessary headaches, we decided to show you how to modify Email account quota in cPanel. This represents the amount of disk space you allow each account to use for Email communication. We recommend you keep a short leash on this variable.

How to Modify Email Account Storage in cPanel

1. In order to do that, simply open up the Email Account window.

cPanel > Email > Email Accounts > Manage

2. Click on the Manage button next to the Email account you wish to modify.

3. In the email address management page, scroll down until STORAGE and enter the value for Allocated Storage Space

4. Once you’ve modified the email address storage, scroll down and click on UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS button.
