How Can I Change the Auto-Renewal Status of My Domain Name?

Table of Contents

You can quickly renew your domains in the Domains section of your Client Area or directly at this link.

Auto-Renewal Settings

For your convenience, domains are set to auto-renew by default. If you prefer not to renew a domain, you can disable auto-renewal by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to chemicloud.com/login and log in to your ChemiCloud customer account.

Step 2: In your Client Area Dashboard, click the “Domains” icon located on the left-hand side menu.

Change nameservers

Step 3) Click on “Manage Domain” button for the domain on which you want to disable that auto-renewal.

Step 4) In the “Manage” action menu on the right-hand side, click the Auto Renew option, then toggle the auto-renewal status to OFF.

Important: If a domain isn’t renewed on time, it will enter the Redemption Grace Period. During this period, the domain will stop working, and changes to it will be restricted.

That’s all! Your domain’s auto-renewal has been disabled, which means that it will expire on the expiration date.
