How to create a ticket in Client Area
To create a ticket, log into your Client Area → Support → Open New Ticket tab.
When you’re creating a ticket, you’ll have the opportunity to select the relevant department and subject for your issue.
Please make sure to provide us with a brief explanation of your issue and with the necessary steps to replicate if needed.
Additionally, you can include a screenshot in the attachment.
Once you will submit your ticket, one of our happiness engineers will get back to you shortly.

I am unable to log in. My password is incorrect. I asked to reset my password but the answer to the question is incorrect which I ma very surprised about.
Therefore I am unable to go on the live chat or to my account.
Previously I tried to go on the live chat by clicking the button but nothing cam up. It is not working. I need help to reset my password so I can log in into my account. I look forward to hearing from you. If I dont hear from you, will cancel my account
