I will start by saying that ChemiCloud is a small web hosting company, and we're in this market for about six years now. Even if we're a small team, we're growing fast, and our customers love us. You will find ChemiCloud in the top 5 on most of the Top Web Hosting websites. 

As a Customer Service Representative (L1), your primary responsibilities are to assist our clients in LiveChat and on tickets. Still, we don't have targets in terms of the number of chats or tickets per month. We strongly believe nobody should work more than 1-3 chats at a time if we want to deliver fantastic customer services, this is why we're hiring every few months, to make sure our clients are happy and our team is not overwhelmed. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Must have experience working in the web hosting industry for at least 18 months
  • Intimate knowledge of cPanel/WHM
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong desire to grow technical skills
  • Experience troubleshooting Linux servers and applications (CentOS, CloudLinux)
  • Experience with WordPress and other open-source CMS's is preferred
  • Familiarity with standard web hosting services (PHP, MySQL, FTP, DNS, sFTP, SSH, mod_sec)
  • Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via LiveChat and tickets. 

We're offering 24 days PTO per year; the average salary for this role $800-$1400, and it all depends on your current skills.
