This contest is created by, managed and Sponsored by CCHosting Inc, 651 N. Broad Street, Suite 206 Middletown, Delaware 19709 United States.
Eligibility in the contest is exclusive to members of the ChemiCloud Affiliate program. Additionally, only adults aged 18 or older at the time of entry may enter. This contest is void where prohibited. Only active/approved Affiliates may enter this Contest, and all other persons are prohibited.
The contest begins on March 1, 2023 at 7:00am Eastern Time. It shall run until March 31, 2023 at 11:59pm Eastern Time. CCHosting, Inc will act as official time keeper of this event.
Each affiliate may enter the contest one time only! The following outline provides full instruction on submitting your entry.
A. Be an Affiliate. Either an existing affiliate, or a new Affiliate (sign-up available here)
B. Create new content. Eligible content includes blog posts, reviews, articles, video, news article, and similar content. This content must use domain names as subject matter and refer back to this page. The contest must be created between March 1 and March 31, 2023.
C. Use this form. Once the content is created, submit the form (found here). The form will collect your Name, Affiliate Email Address, URL to your Entry content and ask you to agree to the Rules of the Contest.
There is a limit of one(1) entry per Affiliate Account. If the form does not work, email any details to [email protected], who will investigate and assist with your entry.
A. Valid Entries must link to https://chemicloud.com/domains
B. One entry per Affiliate Account
C. PPC, Google/Bing, Social Media pushes (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and other similar platforms) will not count as submissions.
D. All content created for the purpose of this content must also adhere to ChemiCloud’s Affiliate Terms of Service.
E. Entrants must be an active ChemiCloud Affiliate prior to submitting their entry.
By entering content for this contest, you grant ChemiCloud Inc the license to refer to, use/copy/modify/publish your submission in whole or in part for the purpose of promoting ChemiCloud, it’s services, features and promotions.
Each participant/entrant for this contest agrees to the following:
- The content created is original and not copied from any source, owned or unowned by the entrant.
- The content created is in accordance with this contest rules and those set forth in the Affiliates Terms of Service.
- The entry is legally permissible in the United States, and breaks no laws of it and the country of the entrant (if outside the United States).
A. A winner will be randomly selected upon completion of the entry period, beginning March 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Each entrant’s information will be collected from submissions and drawn from. CCHosting, Inc will manually review the winning entry to ensure the entrant and submitted content adhere to the rules herein. If the first selection is invalid, a new selection will take place as needed until a suitable winner is selected. That winner will then be notified and given 2 days to respond and confirm. If the winner does not respond in that time they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected and notified until such a time as a winner is selected AND confirms their notification. Odds of winning depend on the volume of collected submissions.
B. CCHosting, Inc reserves the right to validate the submissions or entry criteria of each entrant to this contest. Validation may consist of confirming the validity of the content submission to ensure it follows the rules set forth in this document. Validation may also consist of confirming the validity of the Affiliate Account associated with the submission and the identity of the person(s) associated with the Affiliate account of the submission.
C. ChemiCloud will use available methods and a reasonable effort to reach the potential winner of this contest. This includes (i) email address on file, (ii) contact method present on the affiliate’s website(if available). ChemiCloud will make reasonable efforts no less than three(3) times to reach the potential winner. In the event that the winner declines their prize, fails to respond within 5 days, or otherwise does not qualify to win then ChemiCloud will begin the selection process anew, repeating these steps with another potential Winner until such a time as a Winner is successfully selected.
By submitting an entry to this contest you understand and agree to: [a] the rules of this contest as listed here and governed by ChemiCloud Inc, [b] defend/indemnify ChemiCloud and refrain from disparaging or negative content/comments regarding this contest, ChemiCloud or it’s related partner entities with respect to this contest, [c] release all parties related to this contest(ChemiCloud Inc, it’s partners, vendors, staff, other participants) from any and all expense, claims and liability of any kind and without limitation.
ChemiCloud reserves the right to publish the name(s), link(s), photograph(s) and other contest-related content for the purpose of promotion of materials, services, programs and special events related to ChemiCloud, its products and operation - except where prohibited by law.
