The Effective Date and Last Updated values at the top of each document tell you when that document last changed; the entries below describe what changed and why.

• May 28, 2026: We refreshed all of our legal documents to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and our current operational policies, and to bring numbering, formatting, and wording up to date.
• March 23, 2025: We added a new section to our Terms of Service titled "Free WHMCS License" to clarify that free licenses must be associated with an active domain within 30 days or they will be canceled. It also explains how to request a replacement if your license was canceled due to inactivity.
• February 17, 2025: We updated our Terms of Service to clarify the automatic-renewal process, refund-eligibility criteria, and required steps for refund requests. It introduces a definition for "unexpected renewals" to ensure transparency regarding refund eligibility.
• February 17, 2025: We updated our Terms of Service to clarify that the free-migration service applies only to external migrations from third-party hosting providers and does not cover internal migrations, which are subject to a migration fee.
• October 27, 2023: We made clarifications and updates to the "Payments and Billing" section to ensure smoother transactions.
• October 27, 2023: We revised our policy on payments grace period and the potential consequences of late payments.
• October 27, 2023: We introduced a "Duplicate Payments" section in our Terms of Service to clarify the procedures and refund choices for any double payments made.
• October 27, 2023: We made clarifications and updates regarding our backup system.
• September 29, 2023: We revised our policy concerning the money-back-guarantee period for VPS Hosting.
• September 29, 2023: We revised our policy concerning the free-domain-name policies to include information regarding the free-domain-transfer offer.
• January 21, 2019: We updated our Terms of Service to clarify our Free Migration policy in the section "Free Migration Policies".
